Many more women have to start informing themselves about national issues and be knowledgeable about the workings of the US Federal Government.
Woman in general have to start setting their own political priorities and principles and stand up for themselves politically. The time for just following the husbands opinion is over.
As full and active citizens, woman are the constituency that can define, articulate and manage the foreign affairs of the United States in the future.
It is woman who must lead in the Twenty-First Century while men rethink and redefine themselves politically.

more men looking for power and leadership then women. Its a correlation of supply and demand. More men want to be providers compared to nurturers than women who want to do the same. This is slowly changing but it still rings true nation wide.

There have been women rulers and ceo's. They've shown that they are as corrupt as men.

there have been some women in control. but more often than not, as another said, women are far to emotional to be at the head in many cases.
