Can I change a microsoft publisher doc into a word doc?

because its a flyer I caont copy and paste every lil detail....

You can't. Other than exactly what you don't want to do - - cut and paste each frame/text box/pic/etc.

I had to do this yesterday but I had to copy and paste, re-align the margins and move the text boxes / art to fit properly on the page.
