These rich Teens and their parents recently moved into my neighborhood and and have mauled lots of pets including my dog, kill lots of wild animals, kill pets, and kidnap pets. I have tried talking to the parents but they replied with threatening me and kicking my cat. I have tried calling the police and they said they have gotten lots of reports of it but they are to busy with some druggies to help us!!! What should I do.

Animals and people. Tried the animal control they said they would do something about it, then there was a bomb threat at the local center. The bomb wasn't set but it was still there. Now the police are suddenly interested.

Tried video cameras. I found it dismantled. I just caught the ADULTS writing I am a dumbass in my dog WITH A KNIFE. I can't believe I didn't try to stop this when it started a week ago. Can you believe it. All this stuff in just a week.

GOOD NEWS. Before I could even leave they intercepted me on the way to my car WITH A FREAKING GUN. Luckily the police showed up at the exact time and arrested him. BOth adults are dead because there was a gunfire fight thing when they showed up. I just wonder what will happen to the teens!

I'm sorry the parts about the gun fight were made up I tend to get carried away. The carving in my dog is true though. What really happened to them is that they will be facing court.

in most states police are REQUIRED to take reports and YOU as a citizen have the same power of arrest that police do. Just remember if you exercise the power of arrest you could be held liable for it, so have your ducks in a row supporting your cause for arrest. I would suggest placing video cameras to record their actions. The police could use these as evidence in a case against them, plus you could turn it over to the news media to push the police into action. Another option which you should consider is a restraining order against ALL involved. this will help to add charges to them if they violate it and also show that you aren't f**king around. if the police STILL refuse to address the situation, call the chief of police, your councilman/women and the mayors office. don't accept the laziness of the patrol officers, they have bosses just like you and i do. lastly, consider hiring an attorney to file a nuisance or harassment claim (civil) against the parents of these teens. if they are doing this to numerous neighbors, you could all join together.

Contact Animal Control immediately! They will send out an agent to talk with you and the teen causing The problem . You will find them more helpful in abusive animal situation been the police. This is their profession. Call information for the nearest Animal Control Center.

Keep pets indoors ... lock doors ... Seriously though, this story is hard to believe. Either way, find out how the killing is happening - if they are using weapons illegally you could get them that way... A lot of wild animals (birds, deer, what not) are protected and are not allowed to be hunted. Learn what types are protected in your area. Get a camera so you have some evidence.

It is a known fact that most people who hurt/abuse and kill humans start with animal abuse. Maybe the cops would be intersted in that. What a shame! Make absolutely sure that your animals do not leave the house. These jerks need to be punished, and they will screw up soon. Have you tried calling the local news? Your commmunity needs to band together against these jerks!

Contact the Animal Control Officer or your local branch of the MSPCA or the Humane Society. Call the police again and tell them if they do not respond you will call the previously mentioned animal welfare agencies and see to it that something is done. Cruelty to animals is usually a precurser to psychopathic behavior.

You should keep calling the police, document everything...pictures and video if you can. If the police won't do anything, document that fact as well and call your local newspapers and camera crews. This is the sort of media nightmare the cops would love to avoid.
