The best option is to go to the website of the product and then to support or the knowlege base. Often there will be instructions or white pages to help users learn how to use the item. I strongly suggest reading any and all material provided in box and then go to the website. There are often groups who use certain products who are happy to assist others in using that product. If you go to the website you may find links to such groups.
