you lost me there somewhere between the hamburgers and the guns. are your hamburgers shooting at you? or do you wanna shoot your hamburgers? well about the fat part of course that's partially true but than again its a global thing not only in America and you can't call every American fat because some of em are.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

Based on your own question / statement, it's not as much a question about people being fat and lazy as much as being not taking responsibilities for their own actions. Whether those actions are eating too much fast food, shooting someone, getting a girl pregnant or some dumb a s s who spills coffee on himself while driving and then as the b a l l s to sue the restaurant for making too hot of coffee. It's epidemic in this country and across the world.

The US is a nation where the "non-negotiable" and unsustainable "American" way of life is propped up by global conflict, out-of-control military spending, massive and unsustainable debt, and an increasingly-aggressive fascist police state. It is a nation where all US citizens who do not resist and disconnect from this paradigm enjoy their ever-diminishing privileges with the guilty knowledge that somewhere else, hopefully in some "other" country, others are paying the price for it. No amount of mind control spin can absolve any of us from acknowledging this ugly truth about the US and its crimes today. It lurks invisibly behind every corporate news broadcast, every commercially-made television show, every infomercial, every new magazine ad, and almost every new popular song that leads Americans deeper into ever-less-satisfying consumption, self-indulgence and debt.

Oh, there's plenty of guilt to go around. Still, Macdonalds do offer carrots/salad instead of fries, and a larger salad instead of a burger and for drinks juice.

I'm thinking of starting a thread "In the future Americans will be so fat that..."
That in a desperate effort to loose weight USA moves to Mars!
Fast food chains open shops on their bodies
They put on space suits and become orbiting planets to the solarsystem.
The continent of North America will sink, and be flooded with water due to the weight of the american people.
Americans become so fat, that if all of them were to jump at once it would alter the trajectory of the planet significantly and we'd plunge into the sun.

Hehe... it's fun.

I dont think america is the only place in the world that have fat people fat people are every where on this planet and I mean everywhere, americans do eat alot of fast food and if that makes them fat and they knew it then they blame no one else except themselves.

Everyone talks about how America is a fat country because it's true. Who's at fault is not the point.

People are always looking for an excuse and a way to blame their problems on someone else. It's sad that a lot of people cannot take responsibility for themselves.

You're right. People need to start taking responsibility for their actions!

You're right. People make the choice to go there, nobody is making them.
