Blog is short for weblog. A blog is a Web site that contains dated text entries in reverse chronological order (most recent first) about a particular topic.

Spam is basically junk e-mail. It is unsolicited e-mail, often of a commercial nature, sent indiscriminately to multiple mailing lists, individuals, or newsgroups; junk e-mail.

Wiki is a short term used to identify wiki web sites. Wiki Web sites are sites designed for users to be able to make additions or edit any page of the site. They often have a common vocabulary, and consider themselves a "Wiki" community.

RSS is short for "Really simple syndication". It is a syndication format that became very popular for aggregating updates to blogs and the news sites.

A webmaster is a person whose occupation is designing, developing, marketing, or maintaining websites.

Depends on how precise a definition you want.
Best to Search for each one, and get a mix of "definitions" and somewhere in the middle of the blurb lies the truth.
Especially if you want a detailed definition...
