You can get it in iTunes, really. Just search for "teenagers my chemical romance" in the itunes store and there will be 3 results that come up... 2 will have a graphic that says "explicit" next to them and one will say "clean"

Try iTunes again. They tend to have both the explicit and clean versions of recent albums.
