I'm extremely ticklish. My back is very tickly and it will spasm up when touched (no massages for me) My husband loves to tickle and it gets me so bad, if he goes on for more than a couple seconds I get mad because it makes me CRAZY!!!!

I am wondering why you are only looking for "Worst tickling experience" for the effect. There can be benefits and there can be side effects depending on the situation.
It really boils down to 2 categories - consensual tickling and non-consensual tickling.
Non-consensual tickling can frequently lead to negative side effects. Many of the common side effects include:
Feeling violated
Feeling disrespected
Developing a hatred of being tickled
Developing a phobia of being tickled (and sometimes a complete cut-off of physical contact)
Very sore muscles (stomach contractions...)
Sore body due to deep painful tickling
Weak bladder causing the victim to pee themselves (causing more embarrassment and emotional distress).
In other words, Non-consensual tickling shows disrespect and can cause serious problems with some people.
On the other hand, there is consensual tickling between 2 or more people. This is done with trust, respect and a desire to keep it fun for all parties involved.
Erotic tickling can be an incredible form of foreplay between couples. Imagine a soft ostrich feather or a soft paint brush "dancing" around your private parts. If somebody you love is doing it you will probably become quite turned on.
I, myself, love to engage in long playful, restrained tickling encounters. I love to tickle and be tickled while comfortably restrained to a bed - as long as it is consensual with somebody I want to share it with.
What is the effect it has? When you enjoy the tickling, your body produces endorphins which makes you feel happier, healthier and relieves stress.
I have had the pleasure of sharing my tickling encounters with some ladies who previously "Hated" to be tickled and they not only enjoyed it a lot but they also got the same healthful benefits that I get when I am tickled - Endorphin Power!

Everyone in my family knows how extremely ticklish I am, and a few years back my brother pinned me down and tickled me until I cried. It wasn't funny while it was happening but after I laughed about it and still laugh about it today. It didn't have any lasting effect on me. I am not scared of being tickled, it is just a funny thing that happens to me all the time.

I don't like to be tickled at all. I don't find it the least bit cute or humorous. The last person that tried to tickle me got punched. That's how much I hate it.

I HATE being tickled! It is very uncomfortable. I have had family members and my husband tickle me and I just don't like it.

If I behave civilly, it impacts all human beings around me. polite is describing 'behave' that's a verb so polite had to be grew to become into an adverb-civilly. not one of the ideas make experience with the paintings 'to' in them. desire i'd desire to help!
