TP'd is toilet papering someones house. Usually done as a prank by throwing toilet paper in the trees outside of someones house.

TPing someone's house was, in my day, a sign of affection. One semester we TP'd our favorite teacher's house every weekend. Now days someone attempting to display their admiration in this way may very well get shot.

It refers to toilet paper and the act of wildly throwing it over someones house.

The question should probably be "have you ever T.P.'d someone's house?" as T.P'd means toilet papered...a usual Halloween prank.
