Remember: fast food does not equal "bad food." You can have everything and anything you'd like. The key to success is this: moderation. if you'd like McDonald's, go ahead and buy a cheeseburger. But pair with it, not fries. Get a side salad with Low-fat Seasame Ginger dressing (it's delicious, trust me). You can have whatever you want as long as you balance it with something else. Hmm, that side salad's sounding pretty good. Gotta run!
