When the download installs and the computer restarts everything seems ok until the last of the icons load, and then I get the blue screen. Dell says to remove media player 10. but I can't figure out how to do that?

Go to setting and then go to Add/Remove Software.

Start>Settings>Control Panel> Add/Remove Programs

Go to control panel then open ad/remove programs there u will get the option to uninstall ur media player. I installed media11 on XP but havnt faced any problem, media 11 is for Vista not for Xp so some problem may arise.

to remove the old media player....go to "start" button on the bottom left of the screen, go to control panal, go to Add/Remove Programs, and select Media Player 10 to remove
