I've been a bartender for many years, and the best thing I've found was taught to me years ago: 8oz soda water, 3-4 shots of angostura bitters, squeeze 1 lime slice, serve over ice, and drink quickly.

The best thing you can do is before the hang over, before going to bed take a multi vitamin and also drink a huge glass of water.

Orange juice works wonders. It replaces the fluids lost and the citrus and sugar help for some strange reason.

eat some burnt toast ,drink another one , or drink two glasses of water,or u could even take some pills before you go to sleep so you wont feel so bad when u wake up , oh and i heard coffee works too.
