if your in the UK use this number and follow the instructions, I phoned and it took 7Min's for them to answer oh here is the number any how: 0800 587 1102, also if you need it open times so you can make your call..... Mon-Fri 9am til 10pm Sat 9am til 8pm and on Sun 9am til 5pm... expect to connect to a call centre outside of the UK,my first call was picked up by a sweet sounding American chick, Seems even Microsoft have call centres scattered around the place....Good luck....
