I am starting a business over the net and it will be sent throw the mail but I do not know how to go about to preserve it?

Canning the sauce. You'll need a pressure cooker, "Ball" jars, lids and new seals. Once properly canned you can send it THROUGH the mail.

My understanding is that if you can not send it frozen in a freezer truck over night, then you must package it with dry ice.

The only way I can think of is frozen and packed in dry ice.

Use canning jars, they have the full instructions on them and once they are properly sealed it would be good to ship!

It must be canned, or vacuum sealed. To can you need a pressure cooker.

pack it in dry ice after freezing it. its how they ship lobsters
