Either because it hasn't been finished yet or because action movies traditionally are released in the summer when they'll find the biggest audience.

It will be here soon enough, just be patient. You've got "Ghost Rider" coming up in February to help tide you over until Spidey hits the big screen in a few months.

production, production, production. Then comes try shows, very final cuts, copies, preferable's, and ultimately distribution. Its all timed out on their schedule not yours. Any hiccups and then there are rescheduling, wait and notice and wait until finally would.
