I want to get my eyebrows shaped and evened, but I don't want it to look too professionally done. I don't want to go to a place thats just going to wax the top, either.

Where should I go and what service should I request (I'm in Charlotte, NC if anyone knows a particular place)

Many salons offer services to men and most stylists are trained in men's grooming techniques. You just have to walk into a salon and ask to have your brows done. You are better off having your brows plucked. Waxing will look too obvious on a man's face. The only thing a man should have done is to have stray hairs around and in between the brows plucked and then have the brows trimmed to a more manageable and neater length.

Well for one, they should listen to what you want, so if you tell them you dont want the top of your eyebrows waxed, they should not do it!
Just ask for a brow wax, and tell them you dont want them really defined, just a touch up. They could even tweeze them too.

I think it's better to get your eyebrows done, even if it is a boy. Bushy eyebrows can be gross If they connect in the middle. You can get them waxed which hurts, but you can get it threaded which is less painful. Its just uncomfortable. They get thread and thread the hair off. Veet and nair sell those creams but from experience they grow back too fast and come back bushier.

i would not wax my brows if i was a man......the best bet is to have an esthetician tweeze them for a natural look.
