You can get clear skin only if you nourish your skin internally and externally. To nourish your skin internally you need to:
1.Drink plenty of water. At least 8-10 glasses of water everyday.Water flushes impurities in your body,as a result your blood is naturally purified. This makes your skin appear clean and clear. It hydrates your body and radiates skin.
2.Eat green leafy vegetables like spinach, collard greens, kale and fresh fruits.Foods that help you not only feel great but also look great are citrus fruits, strawberries, tomatoes, broccoli and cabbage are all vitamin C rich.Nuts, almonds, walnuts keeps your skin clear.Green Tea(without cream, sugar or artificial flavourings) helps skin retain moisture.Soy smoothes out skin's appearance and improve elasticity.Milk, yogurt and garlic makes skin healthier.
To nourish your skin externally you need:
1.A very good deep cleanser, toner and moisturiser.Cleanse your face and neck every morning and night before sleep.Follow with a gentle toner.Follow with a moisturiser that's suitable for your type of skin.If you have a oily skin, its advisable to use oil-free moisturiser. Its works better and controls oil formation.Dont use a moisturiser that is made of mineral oil and petroleum jelly as it stays on surface and makes skin appear too greasy.
2.Use at least SPF 30 when you are out under sun everyday. It will protect your skin against harmful UV rays. Its a must during day.
3.Once a week use Gentle apricot exfoliating scrub. It will remove dead cells and cleanses deep pores. It softens and smoothens the skin.

I'm in my late 20's and have had problems since I was 11 or 12...the best BEST recommendation I have is to be consistent. Get a good cleanser and moisturizer (even if you're oily you still need a moisturizer! Dry skin produces extra oil to compensate...a good moisturizer will balance it all out) and use them at least twice a day. Don't mix brands - it can create a chemical reaction on your face!! Stick with products that are made to work with each other.
I know you didn't ask for names but my personal favorite is from Velocity from Mary Kay. It's very light and smells like citrus. It leaves my face feeling so clean and fresh. And it's not that expensive... They also have an acne spot treatment that works really quickly to dry out zits but doesn't leave me with a nasty, crusty spot on my face.
It's hard ... but don't pick or touch your face too much. There are so many germs on your hands. Also, lots of sleep and tons of water will help balance things out.
Good luck!

Drink lots of water....don't touch your face a lot, wash your face at least 2 times a day, 3 times a day if you do sports or sweat a lot. It's best to wash your face when you go to bed and when you wake up. And moisturize! Morning and Evening. And since most cleaners don't get all the dirt and in purities out, use a toner.
Since you are 15 and probably don't have a lot of money...Neutrogena has some good facial cleaners, toners and mosturizers.. Best of Luck...

I have heard many great things about Proactive solutions. My sister uses it and she loves it. she had gotten acne from a lot of stress going on....when she started to use it, within a couple weeks her face was almost completely clear. now her skin looks beautiful! it sometimes makes her face burn, so just make sure you use the moisturizer with it. and i think she has told me that you should use spf so your skin doesn't burn when your in the sun. if your face isnt too bad, try a facial toner with acne fighting ingredients....i like clean & clear products for my face and i love it.

Eat lots of fruit and veg - blueberries, tomatos and grapes are all particularly full of 'anti-oxidants' which help your body get free of toxins and give you a healthy complexion. Drink lots, but drinking more water than your normal 8 glasses per day won't make much difference. Also, try to do 30 mins of exercise per day. I always have a healthy glow after that. Finally, cleanse, tone and moisturise every night. Simple really =)

Talk your parents into taking you to a dermatologist, and then talk to him/her about a facial cream called Benzamycin. I used it in highschool and it works GREAT. It costs about $45-55/month, but it's definately worth it.
Apply the cream on your face each night before you go to bed (after washing your face) and then just wash it off with warm water in the morning. That's it.
On top of using that, drink lots of water and don't touch your face with your fingers a lot (bacteria).

Try Nature's Cure. It is really gentle on your skin. My daughter is 11 and was breaking out really bad. The Nature's Cure worked in about two weeks.
