First of all you're a BOY and you need a DRESS? That's called cross-dressing, and it isn't looked upon well in our society. If you're looking for one for a girl, then go ahead and get a nice modest dress because those look best on girls--MODEST IS HOTTEST! :)

Be more specific on what the dress is for. If you're cross dressing you don't want your stuff hanging out, thats gross, sooo a little black dress is out of the question.

wear a "michael jackson" hat and white suit and go as "The Don" or wear a pink shirt and go as some famous person or wear swimming trunks and go as a lifesaver or a character off baywatch, thats should catch the girl's attention. good luck and HAVE FUN :)
