excersize & being in the sun for short periods of time, like 10 mins a day @ 10:00am is the best time. It gives your body vitamin d. Take vitamins, I don't know if it will improve your serotonin levels, but it can't hurt & it will help you feel better mentally & physically.

Exercise and diet. Make sure you get enough Omega 3 fatty acids, B complex vitamins and magnesium. Stay away from alcohol, caffeine, fatty foods and refined sugar.
