Its is not confirmed, he says he doesn't like to speak about his personal life but has never complained about the media saying his gay.... but the gay community has adopted that he is indeed homosexual.

i don't think his sexuality matters.. bottom line, he's one heck of an awesome news reporter.. his work down in New Orleans in 2005 was simply amazing.

i really am not sure. i wondered myself, since he isn't seen with anyone in public and in his books and interviews with Oprah etc. he never mentions dating anyone. usually for some reason that means they are gay.
