I get the anxiety. Its almost like I feel stressed out for no reason at all, or any small problem to deal with seems huge, and I feel helpless. Its better since I've been on birth control. I used to get dizzy and weak before I was on birth control; I used to bleed quite a bit. The bleeding is much less now.

Don't worry, that's just fine. I have the same symptoms and my parents are both doctors and they say that there's nothing wrong. Anyways, if you are anaemic, like me, try to take iron pills. They are very helpful. During your period or whenever you have these symptoms, eat well, and eat healthy food. Drink herbal drinks. And if all that doesn't work, I think you should see a doctor.

Extra vitamins rich in iron are good because you are losing blood. Caffine is good to give you a little boost and make sure and take your time when getting up so as not to exacerbate the situation.

I have similar symptoms sometimes-- not all the time. I don't usually take any medication for it-- just some herbal tea, a warm bath or shower, and a nap.
