Do you mean like after putting a tissue through the wash by accident? Get sellotape and wrap it a few times round your hand like a glove, sticky side up, then pat the item of clothes, it will pick up all the bits.

Once the clothes are dry, brush off all you can with your hands then remove the rest with the attachment on the vacuum cleaner. Sounds odd but it happened to me last week and it really worked. Good Luck.

Boy, I can sympathsize with this one!
Pick out as much as you can before throwing your clothing in the dryer. The dryer will get the rest out. Make sure to clean the filter and wipe out the inside of the dryer afterwards so there won't be any little scraps waiting to snag the next load.
Good luck!

Wear the garment and get someone to run cellotape all over, which will pick up the tissue.

the best way is to wrap some celotape around your hand(sticky side up) and pat your clothes with it. it will get most things off.
