Don't be annoying, basically. The only way your reputation goes up or down is through other players submitting positive or negative feedback.

if you are not a jerk to people when you're playing online then they will give you good feedback on xbox live you can also do the same back

Have a lot of skills, be able to destroy your opponents, and trash talk them a little when you defeat them so they always remember you as the person who made them mad because not only they lost -- they got trash talked in the process.
