I have a bunch of answers
k so here they are:
- when is the right time to start shopping on your own? around 13, but only if the area is safe, you dont want her to go somewhere unsafe.
- what should a 13 year old have as a monthly allowence? around $15, more or less what does she have to pay for, what chores does she do.
- is highliting your hair 1 time bad? YESS, if you highlight it is continuous, and will look horrible if it done once.
- is using the anorexic method bad if u want to lose weight? but then going back to the normal diet after losing the weight? dont ever teach your daughter anorexia, thats not good for self esteem. jus teach her to exersize and eat with moderation
- is 13 a good age to start going to stores like american eagle, hollister, abercrombie and fitch? yea around then, but once you shop there, she's not going to want to shop at limited too, old navy etc..
- are you supposed to shave on your arms? noo, bad idea, try bleaching them(jolen) first. if that doesnt work try waxing. it grows back bad by shaving, and its looks bad
hope it helps, and good luck :)

Okay, I think that at 13 you should be able to shop on your own, using your own money. I don't feel you should get an "allowance" though, I feel you should be doing chores and work around the house, say $10 to $20 a week if you say, keep the kitchen cleaned everyday and vaccum a few times a week as well as keeping your grades high and being respectful. Highlighting your hair is okay so long as your parents are okay with it. It's not good for your hair, but it's not too bad for it either.
Throwing up purposly after you eat is a TERRIBLE idea, even if you only intend on doing it for a little while. Anorexia is an illness that can kill you. If you want to lose some weight stop eating junk food (I would suggest going vegitarian for a month or so for quick weight loss) and excersize.
If you have your own money you should shop where ever you like, though I suggest dressing your age. Nothing too short and keep your body covered. You don't want to look trashy, and jeans and t shirts are just as cute as things that would be less flattering. Also, no, you shouldn't shave your arms. Not even once (except your arm pits). If you do shave your arms you will end up with thicker darker hair and it will just look terrible. If you really hate the hair on your arms (though no one else probably notices) you might want to try wax strips that you can get at Walmart. Just keep in mind that if you use any sort of hair removal that you will have to continue to do so on a regular basis.
Best of luck shuga, and please please please never resort to anorexia or any other unhealthy ways of losing weight.

- when is the right time to start shopping on your own?
Shop with a group of friends (3 or more)...14
Shop by yourself...when you're old enough to take care of yourself and live in your own house...aka 18.
- what should a 13 year old have as a monthly allowence?
$10 to $15. I have never gotten allowance in my life, I have to work for it. So be grateful for even 10 a month!
- is highliting your hair 1 time bad?
Not once, but then you'll have the problem of it growing out, looking bad, and then having to highlight again. Look for natural ways...like lemon juice, chamomile tea...look on the internet.
- is using the anorexic method bad if u want to lose weight? but then going back to the normal diet after losing the weight?
That is a very bad thing to do...I had a friend try it and always swore she'd go right back to normal eating afterwards, but she couldn't stop and now she has to be in counseling for her anorexia!!! Do it the healthy way!
- is 13 a good age to start going to stores like american eagle, hollister, abercrombie and fitch?
Yeah, if it's cool with your parents and it's in your price range. Just please don't buy things super-tight and revealing. That just makes you look like a little kid who wants to grow up.
- are you supposed to shave on your arms?
Your armpits. Not your arms. SOME people shave their arms, but why??? It would take twice as long to shave in the shower and nobody is gonna expect you to!

In order (from experiance with my friends and myself at that age)
1. I started shopping with friends around 12 and on my own for short periods of time at 13, but it depended on the neighbourhood.
2. Weekly, I know most people got about $5-8 a week. A lot of my friends parents had started this thing where you get $1 a day for doing your chores for the day. It helped me raise my allowance at the time...
3. Highlighting your hair one time isn't bad. If your parents really don't want you to do it, you can use a semi-permenant dye which should wash out after 4-6 weeks, unless your hair is blonde.
4. Never try anorexia to lose weight. I know too many people who fell under that spell. Eat healthy, exercise! Make sure you maintain a healthy weight and do not fall below it. Remember, not everyone can possibly be a size 1.
5. Go to any stores you wish! If it fits, try it out. Just remember that those stores cost a bit more money and realize you probably won't have as many clothes if you are shopping there.
6. You can shave your arms if you want, but most people don't. If you don't like the colour of the hair on your arms you could always bleach it.

1. when you have your own money, then shopping on your own at any of the stores you metioned is ok....they are expensive though.
2. you allowance is going to be whatever your parents feel is suitable for what kinda of chores you do. I got $10 a week and I did dishes and brought the dog for walks everyday.
3. highlights are not bad for your hair, its the same as dyeing, just not as extreme.
4. DO NOT use "the anorexic method!" this is actually a disease and its very dangerous. Exercise...its the best method and eat right. you will hurt your body a lot if you dont diet right, anorexia is fatal.
5. shave your armpits not your arms....when you start growing hair under your arms is the time you start shaving.

15 is a good time to start shopping on your own, but alot of people wait until 16 because then they have a car, and a job.
Allowence all depends on the parents and how much they can give. Maybe $10/week, more or less depending on what you do around the house.
Highlighting your hair is not bad unless you do it alot, then it can dry out your hair.
Anorexia can screw up your body big time. And its addicting, if you think your only going to do it for so long you are wrong, you will continue to do it. It makes your hair fall out, it messes up your stomach, its not healthy and you should not do it.
If you parents can afford to buy you things from AE, Hollister and AF then yes your old enough to go there.
Some people shave their arms, no you dont have to. When you do the hair will grow back darker so you have to keep shaving/waxing all the time, and it can be a pain.

1. Shopping alone - 16. Shopping without parents but with friends - 13.
2. Monthly allowence - $10 - $20 for helping out around the house and extra can be added for lunch...dot dot dot...
3. Highlights can look good - if they're done nicely. It's not bad, and you can get them if you want, but dying your hair requires responsibility - you don't want to look like you just walked out of a microwave.
4. Becoming anorexic is a REALLY bad way to lose weight, and so is being bulimic. Instead, eat healthy, cut your sugar intake and excercise.
5. Shop where you want - if they fit, then good for you. Personally, I don't like those stores.
6. NO! You're not suppose to shave your arms. That'll turn the hair coarse and nasty. Wax or use a hair removing cream or something.
Okay, bye.

1. Whenever your parents will let you, 13-14?
2. $10 or so
3. Nahh it will grow out in less than a year anyways if you dont like it
4.yeah its always bad, you should just eat less or possibly skip a meal every now and then but dont starve yourself, that is never good. running also really helps to lose weight.
5. Sure, ive been shopping there since I was 11-12
6.Ummmm.. not really, you can wax your arms if you want but if you shave them I think it would look weird once hair starts coming back and you have little stubbles of hair on your arms. Do shave your armpits though.
Hope this helps!

shopping- 13 is probably an ok age to do that, especially with friends
allowance- i'd guess $20? It just depends how much you are supposed to pay for and what your families budget is/.
highlighting 1 time isnt bad i dont think. i did that and my hairs ok
Don't ever do teh anorexic diet. Just eat healthily and exercise.
If you like the stores than shop at them sure
No, you arent supposed to shave your arms because the hair will grow back darker. If its bugging you a lot you could bleach it
