Something metallic crashed through the roof of a house in New Jersey and it didn't come off an airplane. What is it who knows?

Could be a meteor. Or something from a satellite - we have lots of satellites circling the earth all the time. There are 24 of them just to run those GPS units.

It looks like a meteorite, though lighter color than usual. Could it also be melted space junk? Melted gear from a Former Astronaut?

Yes, I would like that to happen to me. I've been wanting to buy a meteorite, but my better judgement tells me not to spend hundreds of dollars on a rock.
