I hate that my period last 5 days, and i heard that if you drink lots of water, you can shorten how long it lasts...is this true?

I have a friend that was going on a family camping trip and starting the day before they left. She called her OBGYN and the doctor told her if she drank water continously it would flush some of it out more quickly.

No, I would not recommend doing this. For one, it would make you feel more bloated than you already are as a result of your menstruating.

No......your period is shedding the lining of your uterus.....which means you will continue to bleed until it is done shedding for the month.

no i don't think so. but you would get healthier. it's all to do with mother nature and not much, besides the pill, you can do about it.
