Hillary is trying to move to the center where Pelosi is more like Howard Dean and the Socialist wing of our party. This is going to be a damage control situation for Hillary's team. They will cringe every time she opens her mouth, appears before the TV camera or even passes gas. Those of us that want to see a moderate Democrat take over are scared this might ruin everything for us. Personally, I am supporting Edwards.

I'd say yes, Nancy Pelosi is.
It could be a "threat" in some way to Hillary Clinton - the novelty of a female US leader is lessened.

She is indeed. She was an effective Speaker of the House and very, very good at moving America forward by passing so much of the progressive agenda. And come January 2013, she will be again.

Well, she's (Pelosi) now no. 3 in the world (as far as the presidency goes), so if Hillary is indeed going to run, it may not sit well with her. I'm not so sure she's gonna run, though.

I am sure Hillary doesn't really care since she has her sights set on a higher position than third in the line of succession.

Yeah! Right ...behind Oprah, and a few more wealthy women, the" clout "comes with the bank role in this America we now live in....unless of course you're talking "politically",but even then ,she remains at the mercy of the afore mentioned "big money influence"
