u can by using proxy servers go to this site http://www.kproxy.com/ and type the full address of msn exactly and hit surf.
If in case kproxy doesn't work use http://mathtunnel.com/

NOPE!!! You are out of luck and most likely a good thing for you. You most likely do not want your teacher or others to see your messages do you?

Your school is on a Network that means they most likely have key loggers installed that records what ever you type. Watch out as you may type something that you do not want to share with your teacher or others as well

i dont know your school probably blocked it because students might be talking to strangers and the school would be in charge if something happened to their students
