I'm confused. How are you planning to control the world? Also, if you're planning a world take-over, why would you bother asking the president about it? I mean, if you had the power to take over the entire world, would it really matter whether he gave you permission?

Generally, controlling the entire world is a pursuit of villains, which is not condoned by polite society, much less the president.

no it is not ok to take over the world without asking the president. its called something similar to mutiny which get the person life person if not acutally hung.
