my question is : can i connect 2 routers using only one internet conection (cable) and i have 3 pcs, if is possible pls tell me how, thanks....

of course you can. if you only have 3 pcs you only really need 1 router, but if you're set on having 2, then yeah, they'll be fine.

Yes, just be sure to connect the second router's WAN port to a LAN port on the first router (the one the modem is plugged into).

internet --- cable modem/router --- router --- PCs

If on the other hand, you would like them in parallel, you can go below

internet -- cable modem/router -- switch --- PCs/laptops
-- router --------------------|
