I don't have personal enemies, but if you are talking about POWs, yes, I would treat everyone with dignity. To do less would make you worse than you perceive your enemy to be.

i think that is the best thing to do. there is a saying that says to kill them with kindness. you also don't want to stoop to their level. in the bible jesus tells us to do so. he says to pray for them.
