u need a good exfoliator. for your face, the st ives apricot scrub range is fantastic, they do a blemish one and one to give you radiant skin. i think they do a body one in the same range although i havent tried it, but i assume it would be as good as their facial scrubs.

OK here's what to do
*5 fruits and vedge a day
*loads of protine
every morning do the following
* shower using dove body wash and squeeze some lemon onto it
*dont dry your skin to much and the use cocobuter and rub well over your body
*use a really hot flanel to clear what ever type of face wash off your face
*pat face dry
* use natral collection beidge tinted moisterizer found in the natral collection mainly in boot and shake well
* squeeze into hand like a normal moisterizer and rub through out the face well
that should all work wonders
i say use a tinted moisturizer as it does not clog your paws but allows
*skin to breath
*gives a hydrated sunkissed look
*light unlike foundation
*lasts long yet looks like you have nothing on

Exfoliate and moisturize! You could use a facial mask too. And if you're really into it and can afford it, go to a salon for a facial. Get a loofah for your body in the shower. There are many moisturizing soaps and gels, some with exfoliating grains. Bobbi Brown makes a soap with a rough side for exfoliating. Mine is called 'Beach'. I personally like Olay's moisturizing soap. Better than the gel or body wash. Don't like Dove.

lovely baths, exfoliate etc, nice hot mud mask-the ones that heast up are great!
continue the cleanse tone moisturise routine
by a nice new foundation...i just got an elizabeth arden one- ok it wasn't a cheap one, but i have crap skin. It is lovely as it gives my skin that 'healthy glow' look...although if you have downy/hairy skin then thinner foundations are better.
Get a good over night moisturiser and a good day time one, also eye creams are a good idea. you could try a bit of tinted moisturiser (rather than laying on fake tan). drink lots of water..in fact i should be doing that too, so am off to get a glass of water now. ta-ta.
