No, if you set yourself to a goal you shouldn't break it. Just think about it, how rewarding it will be loosing all that weight (I assume you want to if you are on a diet). What would you rather, loosing weight and having that look you worked so hard for, or a piece of chocolate you will have once and make you loose your goal.
Don't eat it.

You can have yoiur favorite treat while dieting. The key is to only have a small portion. This way you are not depriving yourslef of your favorite things. This also helps your diet withouyt major cheating days and whatnot. Choose one day a week where you can have a treat. But only one day, and a small treat.

Go buy yourself some Russell Stover's sugar free candies...they are delicious...but here's a bit of advice...dont eat the whole bag in one sitting ...omg you'll you'll experience the worst stomach cramps of your life and will sh!t for hours....that's what I've heard anyway....not like I've personally experienced anything like that or anything....

How can u be Willie Wonka and on a diet! lol.... well i am on a diet to... decided last night and then later on ate several chocolate pieces...so i failed miserably. wish me luck! lol.. ciao!
