Yes, I always have been. Never haved like any supposed "reality TV" shows....well, with the exception of one. I will admit my secret pleasure of "Project Runway." But I like to see the creativity in it.
Big Brother, Survivor, Amazing Race...they all teach our children how to be manipulative, back-bitting and mean.
They should have one reality show that pits all reality shows against each other and let it be a "fight to the death!"

I must admit when they first started airing in abundance I did follow a couple, but they lost me as a viewer after a few seasons.
I am now totally fed up with them. It doesn't help that (generally) the people that are on them don't have anything interesting to offer the program. I want something that won't bore or make me feel put-off because of the imbecilic things that people do. If I want to see that, I can just head to the mall on a crowded Friday night and watch a bunch of "shows" at the same time.
Who knows, maybe I'm just a freak because when I watch TV I use it as an escape FROM reality. I want something that will make me think, or at the very least make me laugh.
We must also take into consideration that I live a drama-free life and I have every intention on keeping it that way. That may be another reason I am disinterested in reality shows. Drama is unnecessary (to me) and idiotic. Just my two cents. :)

Compared to some of the other reality TV shows, Big Brother is a masterpiece. However I wouldn't mind if they dropped that whole schtick for a long while.

I am sorry. I guess I am confused. When you say 'dumb reality show', you suggest that there is a reality show that isn't dumb? Once someone is hired that can come up with programming again, we may see an end to the gazillion reality shows that clog the tube.

Normally I would say YES, but this one has Dirk Benedict in it.
I was a massive fan in the 80's and he still looking great for 61.

I love SOME shows...I'm a celebrity...the Xfactor...but what have we had now...8 Big brothers? Something like that, and it's just getting TEDIOUS now. It goes on too long as well.

Yes, I just find better things to do with my time. Sad reflection on the level of intellect in the typical UK viewer, I guess.
