What would be the best time to call the philipines?

I'm in california USA, i allways have trouble trying to get a ph call to go thru, basically says " all lines to this country are full,try again later"
Curious if anybody knows what would be a optimal time for me to call...

My family usually call on midnight on Saturdays so it would be Sunday in the Phil. It really sucks when my family tries to call the Phil on weekdays coz I can't sleep with all the screaming over the phone. My grandma is kinda deaf so all I hear is "LOLA?!LOLA?!" over and over...

Call anytime in your day convenient to yourself. You are most likely to wake someone up but they would do the same to you! Remember when they are up there are almost 90,000,000 of them and those kinds of numbers can really screw up the phone line system.
