hedzyhedzy...you cant seriously call that a punch!...that sheffield player took a punch off lee mc culloch(wigan, my team) and never even complained to the ref! mc culloch went to the dressing room and apologised as soon as the whistle went...van persie goes down like a hooker!

Hell no, Van Persie is the man. He has saved arsenal a handful of times. Just because he dives here and there doesn't make him the scum of the earth. Van Persie is a very good player. The guy on Charlton got away with punching him twice. He has the potential of being the best forward in England. He's done far better than Rooney.

In the end the refs make decisions and some go for you and others don't... luckily we had two go for us.

If the first penalty on Tuesday was a red card for a foul that stopped a "goal scoring opportunity", then surely the same was true for the second one when Henry was pulled down as he was about to shoot? Riley gave the penalty and not even a yellow was shown.... Inconsistency.

i don`t really see what Robin has done wrong. He didn`t ask that Charlton player to push him did he. It was Rileys fault not his. He plays in the best team in the premiership and is entertaining, what else do you want from a player? And as a Bolton fan i have El Hadji Diouf wearing the shirt so Van Persie would be an angel compared to him. If you support your team you should always stick behind your players

the morgan thing is kind of iffy it wasn't that bad but the intention was there.

plus the red card against charlton was definetely a red card. the guy pulled van persie down in the six-yard box with van persie rrady to latch onto the loose ball

The penalty was given because of his shirt being stretched about four foot off his body... If by the second you are refering to Chris Morgan, well RVP never complained about that , the fa panel ruled that he should be banned. Btw who do you support?

You should be happy he played in the last few games...as a matter of fact you should thank him! While Henry was injured he played pretty well scored quite a few winning goals and scored 2 in the last one with Henry so without him Arsenal wouldn't have scored while Henry was injured! V.Persie rocks! and so does the rest of the Team!!!!!!

no way, he ran through to knock the ball into an emtpy net and got bundled over, not his fault, if the ref sees it again the fa stand up and rescind the card, this hasnt happened yet so therefore he isnt a cheat, drogba on the other hand... (zakora, robben, ronaldo, now here are a few cheaters...)

Being a QPR fan i would love to have him in our team with some of the goals he scores.Give it 5 years and he will be the best striker in the premiership

most obvious red cards that are wrong do get overturned or downed to a yellow.i dont think r v p has had a player sent off and seen that card recinded.these seem to be the words of a bitter rival

utter nonsense, he may go down easily, but he's hrdly the worst offender in the league - if he hadn't been fouled then he wouldn't have got the penalty, and if he hadn't been punched, then that sheff united player wouldn't have been charged by the FA
