You: Nah, I really like this one.

Don't say "midgets." They are little people, and that's all they are. The fact that they are giving each other a high five has no more significance than if two normal-sized people gave each other a high five. The fact that people are calling it a "low" or "medium" five to a normal person is appalling and they are obviously ignorant, as are you for asking this question.

The high five celebration is relative. height isn't a consideration in this ritual. Many times you see kids doing this, if height where a factor then this would be meaningless. You also see grown men doing it.

When grown men high five for every little thing it is just stupid, when kids do it, it seems less forced and a natural expression of exuberance. If this was at all height related then the significance of 2 midgets doing it would be greater then two tall folks.

umm I would guess it to be the same as 2 normally heighted persons giving a high five or 2 of any human giving a high five.. why would it be different if short/small people did it??
