iMaybe it's in your iManual. Did you iLearn to iRead? A long time ago we had this stuff called paper and when we iBought things they included instructions for using the iThings on paper.
iSome time after that Al Gore invented the internet. You iCould iFind iAnything on it, but then someone invented Yahoo Answers, and all of a sudden, no one could find anything out for themselves anymore.

For music from an ipod into itunes-
Turn off auto sync, then connect the ipod. File+Add Folder To Library, Click on the Ipod folder.

Your iPod is synced to your iTunes folder. You would have to copy those tracks onto your friends iTunes folder on their computer. The iPod syncs to the computer it is on - completely. So if you sync you iPod with 100 tracks to a computer that only has 1 song, your iPod will overwrite what it had and just have 1 song.
You have to copy the audio files to the iTunes library and then sync the iPod.

I dont think that it is possible and if it is then you need a special type of a software to do it.
