If you take 1 kg to weigh 9.8 N then mass= 20/9.8=2.04kg.

An approximation would be to take g=10N/kg then it is easier:
Mass= 20/10=2kg. (this is what they use for GCSE now)

If vel = K

then a (acceleration) = - g

then

T = Load x a => 20 N = Load x 9,8 m/s²

Load = 20/9,8 kg.
