i have a 5th gen ipod video, i tried putting a video but it has to be converted first at itunes software.the thing is, when i sync it already at my ipod, the video plays but with no audio. anyone, please advise me on what i can do about it...

you need to use iTunes. That's the only thing that will work. Nothing else. I know, rip off, right?
