I'm in an "at will" state and have been unemployed for almost 2 years now, rejected by hundreds of employers, some of which you can see rejection letters at http://www.lettersofrejection.com .

Give them a reason to hire you! Are you implying that they should be forced to take you??

Get real - if no one's buying what you're selling, then get some other credentials.

I agree with Catspaw.... not one HAS to hire you. If you are not qualified for the position, then they don't hire you. Period. You need to get more qualifications or look for different jobs.
