1. Connect your Memory Stick Duo™ to a computer using a USB cable.
a. Plug the small side of the USB cable into the top of your PSP.
b. Plug the big side of the USB cable into your computer.
2. To activate:
a. Go to 'settings'. then go to 'USB' under it
b. Press X button.
3. You computer will recognize your PSP immediately.
4. Open up your PSP. Make a folder in it named MUSIC ( in capital letters)(if there is a folder named like that already, dont make 1) Inside the Folder make another folder named FOLDER (in captial letters)(if you have a MUSIC folder already, open it. look inside if there is a folder named FOLDER. If not then follow these instructions)
5. Copy and past inside the folder in the 'MUSIC' folder.
6. It might take a while. But its worth it.
The file type of your music should be one of these listed:
1. MP3
2. MP4
3. ATRAC3plus™
4. ATRAC3™
5. WAV
6. WMA

Yeah, first bypass to walmart and purchase the usb connector chord, then connect with computers usb hub, then on your psp locate the connect with usb element then click x. Now bypass to my workstation locate your PSP interior the detachable drives section, then click it two times, click psp back, then drag and drop ur pictures into the image section

You can click and drag the files into the "MUSIC" folder in your PSP, alternatively you could use Sony's 'Sonicstage' software which is available free in the downloads section of the website www.sonydigital-link.com.

connect yur psp to yur computer via usb cable and then just transfer it over to the psp

Or, if you have a sony memory card, you can just use that to transfer music as well.
