I would have to choose a nice center cut piece of beef tenderloin Filet. It will always be tender no matter how you cook it but it still has the quality of a big juicy steak. The only problem is that is it a little pricey. Another cheaper suggestion would just be a nice 13oz stip steak. Nothing beats a good steak with mushrooms and onions anyday. Hope i helped.

Salmon goes very nicely with onions and rice! I've never tried it with mushrooms, but I've never tried it with onions!

Rib Eye steak. It has enough flavor to survive being drowned in all the goodies.
