It is worth the silver value and little more. Franklin mint items never really had an after market. Most were sold at too high of a price in the first place and they are not legal tender coins. Before I get yelled at here, the Franklin mint did on occasion mint coins for foreign countries that were legal tender. This is not the case here. You may also find out the first edition was the only edition made. You can try to sell the set on Yahoo auctions or EBay.
