Why does LimeWire always say : Connecting to the Network and it never really does???

it sais that but it never connects and i need to download a video badly!!!!!!!!! Correct answer gets 10 points

LimeWire opens too many ports and your firewall is blocking it thinking its an attempted attack. Also your Internet provider may be blocking it on their side as well. It is a BAD IDEA to be running LimeWire without a firewall unless you like the idea of a hundred viruses...BitTorrent is a lot better. Best option - find another source for the vid.
