what is archival management? and is there any book for that or website address?

Archives are files. Files are the storage place of information. The files may be in the form of paper documents, film, CDs, or any other form of information storage.
There are companies that specialize in the storage of other companies' archives. This would include storing them in a way that they do not get damaged by age or the elements, and being able to retrieve them on demand. These are "archival management" companies.

i never heard of that actual phrase but i know that "archives" are basically somthing that is on file or saved. So it is proabably managing paperwork or something like that. Try 2 look it up on yahoo. It sound like a job to me but yahoo proabably has alot of answers for it.

It's keeping records of records, managing them, keeping them in order and up to date.
