How can you make Teenagers in the Sims2 have Woohoo?

My sister wants to know.

I think it is possible because I looked it up and everytime I try to get the page to load it doesn't show up.

You can't. I guess since most people think teens aren't supposed to do it, they decided to make it impossible. They can start to woo hoo once in college.

there WAS a hack circulating around the net a while back that would let teens (and even kids...yes, sick) have woohoo. EA sued over it.

I don't think it's possible for teens to woohoo.
I think that's only for adults.
