You can not get any free energy from Universe (so you can not construct a perpetual movement device) and an increasing disorder around will be the price to use it in any form.

its a fancy way of saying murphy's law, if something can go wrong it eventually will that's basically it

nature is not only stingy and won't give you anything for free (energy) but it taxes you on any attempt to use "her" energy.
