Lawyers don't lie, they massage the truth with butter, tick it in the oven , cook it at 425 degrees for an hour and then serve it up with an orange garnish.
I work with a lot of prosecutors and for the most part they are all goody two shoes until you piss them off, and then you are screwed ROYALLY.

1. Liar does it for free, to get out of something, to avoid punishment, embrarassment, and social disgrace.
2. Lawyer gets paid to get the client out of something, to avoid punishment, embrarassment and social disgrace.
Say what you will, when you get into legal trouble you will want to hire the best liar/lawyer you can. Otherwise, it sounds like sour grapes to me........

Well let's see - if you were in trouble and had to stand trial, would you rather be defended by someone who spent years at college, then more years learning the state legal system, or someone who is just a liar?

Depends on the lawyer. I know my twin sister was a lawyer. I lost her 3 years ago but she had more intregrity than anyone I know. I think the good ones die young.
