About how many different pokemon cards are there?

There are 386 different kinds of Pokemon. However, a Pokemon is usually made with several different versions (different artwork and stats). Trainers, Supporters, and Energies also make up a variety of cards. There are 35 sets, and each one averages 100 cards. So if you wanted to know how many different cards there are, it would be around 3,500.

There are a grand total of 3429 cards in English, including all sets up Dragon Frontiers and all promos. You can download the list yourself here:
